ACTIVITY PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Allscripts Tele-Stroke EMR Training provides neurologists credentialed as tele-stroke physicians the ability to navigate and document within the patient's hospital electronic medical record remotely.
PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE GAP:
The newly on-boarded tele-neurology physicians credentialed to provide tele-stroke services at Flagler Hospital require training to navigate and utilize the Allscripts EMR system.

AUDIENCE:
This CME activity is for physicians privileged to conduct tele-stroke medicine at Flagler Hospital, Inc.
OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
1. Access Allscripts EMR and view a patient's medical record remotely.
2. Navigate Allscripts EMR, find patient(s) and add to provider list.
3. View orders, results, documents, allergies, and diagnostic images.
4. Enter orders and documents and/or modify or append documents.
