Activity Purpose/Professional Practice Gap:

The Ambulatory Grand Rounds Live Virtual Presentations will focus on a variety of topics to up-date physicians, clinical advanced practice practitioners, and other healthcare professionals associated with UF Health St. Johns evidence-based ambulatory care guidelines and best practices.

Objectives:

At the conclusion of this educational activity, the participant will be able to:

1. Describe ambulatory care guidelines and standards of care.

2. Apply ambulatory care guidelines to improve patient care.

3. Explain the importance of ambulatory care guidelines in the provision of standard of care with patients.
