PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE GAP/NEED:
The purpose of the UF Health Flagler Hospital Tele-Psychiatry Altera (Allscripts) EMR Training CME activity is to provide newly credentialed onboarding tele-psychiatry physicians and advanced clinical providers the ability to remotely navigate and document within UF Health Flagler Hospital patients' Altera (Allscripts) electronic medical record.

AUDIENCE:
This CME activity is for Tele-Psychiatry providers credentialed to practice medicine at Flagler Hospital, Inc.
OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
1. Remotely connect to UF Health Flagler Hospital and access Altera (Allscripts) EMR from off campus.
2. Access and navigate Altera (Allscripts) EMR, find patient(s) and add to provider list.
3. View orders, results, documents, allergies, and diagnostic images.
4. Enter orders and documents and/or modify or append documents and view historical documents.
5. View Clinical Summary and Results tab.
